Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) allows you to link real-time, delayed, or end-of-the-day financial data into your Excel spreadsheet. SigTools was created for eSignal, a division of Interactive Data Corporation (IDCO), by Montgomery Investment Technology, Inc.

The updated SigTools Knowledgebase document answers questions to commonly asked questions.

We have also developed SigTools™ DDE Capture, an Excel template, for use with eSignal data. This powerful software tool captures data from eSignal DDE links on a time interval basis during trading hours. For example, Time and Sales data can be saved for reporting and charting

eSigTools is powerful software tool allows you to effortlessly export historical stock prices and tick interval data from eSignal directly into Excel.
